Due to the handcrafted, made to order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Defective items: If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will repair or replace the piece at our expense.

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, do not discard any packaging materials. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.

Lux Monsters respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect: When you place an order or join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address (for orders). We also collect anonymized analytics data through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.

How we use it: Your information is used solely to process your order, send you drop announcements (if you opted in), and improve our website. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe's security practices are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification.

Email communications: If you join our waitlist, you will receive drop announcements and occasional brand updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@luxmonsters.com.

Products: All product images, descriptions, and specifications are as accurate as possible. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in gem color, metal finish, and exact dimensions are normal and are not considered defects. These variations are what make each piece unique.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Intellectual property: All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Lux Monsters and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability: Lux Monsters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
