Lux Monsters are ultra-luxury collectible figures made with solid 18K gold and natural gems. Individually numbered, limited editions. Below are the most common questions about product, ordering, shipping, authentication, and collaborations.
Each piece is a hand-finished figure fitted with solid 18K gold settings and natural gemstones (diamonds, rubies, sapphires, depending on the design). We never use synthetic gems or cubic zirconia. The body is premium long-pile faux fur. The exact material specification for each edition is listed on its certificate of authenticity.
Each piece is approximately 12 centimeters tall (body only), 15 centimeters including the clip, and 4.5 centimeters wide. Designed to carry as a keychain or display on a shelf. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Yes. Every gemstone in a Lux Monster is a genuine, natural stone, conflict-free sourced, and graded for clarity. The specific origin and quality grade are documented on the certificate of authenticity that accompanies each piece.
Yes. The keychain mechanism is reinforced for daily carry. However, precious materials will develop natural patina over years of use. Many collectors prefer to display their pieces and carry them selectively.
We release Editions as limited, numbered drops. At launch, the EUR 1,500 editions are available for direct purchase on the website; higher editions and the EUR 4,500 flagship piece are released later or offered by private request. Each edition is individually numbered, and edition sizes are set by production, not marketing. Once a piece sells out, it is never restocked. Waitlist members get early access before the public release.
Each piece is handcrafted after your order is placed. Production typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. You will receive email updates every two weeks with production progress. Once complete, your piece ships via insured express courier.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
Yes. We offer interest-free installment payments through Klarna, splitting the total into 4 equal payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
Yes. We ship worldwide via insured express courier (DHL Express, FedEx Priority) with full tracking and signature required. Shipping is complimentary on all orders. See the Shipping page for country-specific details.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. We include a detailed commercial invoice and cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalued.
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective items are repaired or replaced at our expense under the lifetime craftsmanship warranty. See the Warranty page for details.
Every Lux Monster ships with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity carrying a unique serial number. Enter that serial number on our verification page to confirm the piece is genuine, along with its edition and production details.
Authenticity travels with the piece through its serial number and signed certificate. Any buyer can confirm a piece on our verification page. We recommend keeping the original presentation box and certificate of authenticity to preserve resale value.
Yes. Edition sizes are determined by production, not marketing, and each piece is individually numbered. The design files are archived after a run. Serial numbers are sequential and verifiable on our authentication page.
