What are Lux Monsters made of?

Each piece is crafted from precious metals (gold, sterling silver, platinum, titanium) and set with real gemstones (rubies, emeralds, sapphires, diamonds, onyx, and others depending on the design). We never use synthetic gems, plated plastic, or cubic zirconia.

How big are the figurines?

Most pieces are 7 to 9 centimeters tall and 4 to 5.5 centimeters wide, designed to be carried as a keychain or displayed on a shelf. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Are the gems real?

Yes. Every gemstone in a Lux Monster is a genuine, natural stone. The specific origin and quality grade are documented on the certificate of authenticity that accompanies each piece.

Can I use it as an actual keychain?

Absolutely. The keychain mechanism is reinforced for daily carry. However, precious materials will develop natural wear over time. Many collectors prefer to display their pieces and carry them selectively.

Ordering and Drops

How do drops work?

We release collections as limited drops. Each drop is announced 7 to 14 days in advance. Waitlist members get early access 24 hours before the public release. Once a piece sells out, it is never restocked.

What happens after I order?

Each piece is handcrafted after your order is placed. Production typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. You will receive email updates every two weeks with production progress. Once complete, your piece ships via insured express courier.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer interest-free installment payments through Klarna, splitting the total into 4 equal payments. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for a seamless checkout experience.

Shipping and Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured express courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) with full tracking and signature required. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

What about customs and duties?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Can I return my piece?

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective items are repaired or replaced at our expense within 14 days of delivery.

Authentication

How do I verify my piece is authentic?

Every Lux Monster contains an encrypted NFC chip and comes with a QR-coded authentication card. Tap the piece with your phone or scan the QR code to access the verification page showing the serial number, edition info, and production details.

What if I want to resell my piece?

The authentication system transfers with the piece. Any buyer can verify authenticity using the NFC chip or serial number. We recommend keeping the original presentation box, certificate, and authentication card to maximize resale value.

Are the edition numbers real?

Yes. Edition sizes are determined by production capacity, not marketing. When we say limited to 50 pieces, exactly 50 pieces are made. The mold is archived after the run. Serial numbers are sequential and verifiable on our authentication page.

Can I collaborate with Lux Monsters?

What is the revenue share for collaborators?
